Recipe: Gordon Rose Cheesecake
2 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups sour cream
Put is all in your food processor and blend. Use any crust and bake it for 10 minutes at 350. pour in your mixture, I added a cup of fresh raspberries mixed in by hand. Set the dish in a larger pan and fill an inch with water. Bake 350 for one hour, turn off the oven and leave it in for another hour. Then let it sit to room temp. and then refrigerate overnight.

crazy that you posted this b/c just tonight jeremy and i discussed what our "last meals" would be. His was pizza...mine was CHEESECAKE!
